About the role
Solaris is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support the strategic development of its credit card portfolio and broader product marketing activities. The role combines portfolio analysis, go-to-market execution, growth optimisation, product positioning and cross-functional collaboration.
The position can be based in Frankfurt, Berlin or Munich.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and manage the credit card portfolio to identify growth, revenue and optimisation opportunities.
- Develop activation and sales initiatives based on portfolio performance and customer behaviour.
- Plan, execute, monitor and optimise sales and marketing campaigns designed to increase card activation and usage.
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and support customer lifetime value growth.
- Define core value propositions, product positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Work with CRM Managers and Communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging across channels.
- Use competitive research, customer segmentation and product data to identify growth opportunities and adoption drivers.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to help define product roadmaps using customer insights.
- Collaborate with Risk, Control and Compliance teams to deliver product and service launches that meet regulatory requirements while maintaining a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, project management or strategic management in retail banking or fintech.
- Experience managing credit card portfolios is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market execution and optimisation of growth metrics.
- Experience with data analytics, marketing automation and tracking tools.
- Strong background in data analytics, user segmentation and funnel optimisation.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent German language skills. English is a strong advantage.
- Strong project and programme management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach and creative problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mentality and strong team orientation.
- Structured, result-oriented and independent way of working.
- Comfort working with AI tools, critically evaluating AI outputs and using AI-assisted workflows responsibly.
- Willingness to continuously develop AI-related capabilities as the technology evolves.
Development and working environment

Salary
The annual gross salary range for this position is EUR 75,000 to EUR 80,000.
