Nuvei and Kolleno integrate payments into AI-driven B2B collections

Nuvei and Kolleno have entered into a partnership to integrate global payment acceptance directly into Kolleno's AI-powered order-to-cash platform. The integration allows businesses to manage collections and accept invoice payments within the same environment.

Nuvei's payment infrastructure will be embedded into Kolleno's finance workflows, covering processes such as collections, dispute management, cash application and forecasting. Customers will be able to pay invoices without leaving the platform used by finance teams to manage receivables.

The partnership targets late payments in B2B invoicing

The companies are addressing a common issue in B2B finance: delayed invoice payments. According to Nuvei and Kolleno, more than half of B2B invoices are affected by late payment.

They attribute part of the problem to the separation between systems used to manage collections and systems used to process and reconcile payments. Each transfer between platforms can create additional steps, make payment options less clear for customers and increase the risk of manual reconciliation errors.

Finance teams have increasingly adopted AI tools to automate collections, cash application and forecasting. Payment acceptance, however, has often remained outside these workflows and required a separate system.

Payments become part of the order-to-cash workflow

Under the partnership, Kolleno's AI tools will continue to automate collections according to workflows configured by finance teams. Nuvei's infrastructure will allow customers to complete payments in the same interface, across supported payment methods and markets.

The integration removes a separate payment step outside Kolleno's platform. The aim is to shorten the process between invoice issuance, payment and reconciliation.

Kolleno's order-to-cash platform includes accounts receivable automation, collections, dispute management, cash application, credit risk monitoring and cash flow forecasting. The company holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.

Nuvei brings global payment infrastructure to the integration

Nuvei supports cross-border and local transactions across more than 190 markets and provides access to over 720 alternative payment methods. Its platform covers the transaction lifecycle from payment acceptance through processing and settlement.

The company has also been expanding its role in AI-enabled commerce as the market develops new models for automated and agent-driven payment initiation.

Nuvei continues to connect payment acceptance with finance platforms

The agreement with Kolleno follows a similar partnership between Nuvei and BlackLine announced earlier in 2026. That integration embedded Nuvei's payment acceptance capabilities into BlackLine's invoice-to-cash platform for enterprise customers.

Both partnerships follow the same general model: connecting payment infrastructure directly with finance platforms used for invoicing and collections. The objective is to reduce the operational gap between issuing invoices, collecting payments and reconciling transactions, while limiting manual work across finance processes.
