Paymentology, a leading global payment services provider, announces a partnership with Chikwama Pay, a pan-African neobank providing accessible financial services via WhatsApp.

Together, they form Africa's first WhatsApp-enabled neo-bank with a fully integrated borderless payment system, providing secure, seamless, and affordable financial services to millions of people across the Southern African Development Community (SADC) who lack access to financial services.

Chikwama Pay is a pioneer in borderless banking in Africa, enabling customers to bank, borrow, insure, save, and transact directly through WhatsApp, without the need for a separate app. The platform focuses on migrant workers, informal traders, women who are often excluded from traditional financial services, and underserved communities who need reliable and affordable access to cross-border financial services.
