FinTech Trends Poland returns in 2026. The biggest season ever—six cities, one idea
February 2026 will see the launch of a new season of FinTech Trends Poland – a nationwide series of meetings devoted to the practical aspects of financial technology development, innovations in the FinTech sector, applications of artificial intelligence, and digital business transformation.
The upcoming edition will be the largest in the history of the initiative and will cover six cities in different regions of Poland. As part of the 2026 season, events will be held in Gdynia (February), Krakow (March), Rzeszów (April), Poznań (May), Wrocław (late May/early June), and Bydgoszcz (June).
The series is organized by z3x Tech Care Group, a consulting and technology group specializing in projects in the areas of FinTech, AI, e-commerce, and digital transformation.
FinTech Trends Poland is a series of meetings aimed at market practitioners: representatives of fintechs, financial institutions, technology and e-commerce companies, startups, and management staff responsible for product development, payments, regulations, and innovation implementation. The events are substantive and networking-oriented, with an emphasis on the exchange of experiences, trend analysis, and discussion of real market challenges.
- FinTech Trends Poland was created in response to the need for dialogue between practitioners – on the one hand, people from the fintech industry who develop modern financial technology services, and on the other, companies interested in implementing such solutions in their businesses, says Karol Zielinski, co-organizer of the event and president of z3x - Every year, we see that such meetings are becoming increasingly necessary, especially outside Warsaw. That is why in 2026 we decided to expand the cycle to six cities and be closer to local technology ecosystems.
What sets FinTech Trends Poland apart is the intimate format of its events and its departure from the classic conference model. The organizers focus on quality content, practical case studies, discussion, and networking, limiting promotional and sales elements.
"We are not interested in a stage full of general presentations. We are interested in discussions about what actually works, what doesn't work, and why," adds Zielinski. "We want to create a space where people from the industry can exchange experiences both with each other and with people outside the industry, and look at the market from different perspectives."
Participation in the events is free of charge, but the number of places for each meeting is limited. Registration for individual cities has already been launched.
